This class is an opportunity for pregnant women to relax deeply, feel positive, and prepare for birth.
Taking the most relaxing aspects of pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing and mindfulness, during these classes we:
practise easy and effective breathing techniques for relaxation and birth
listen to hypnobirthing affirmations and visualisations
increase mind-body awareness with some gentle, comforting movements for birth
relieve stress and tension
bond with your baby
experience deep relaxation and mindfulness
space for you to practise self-care
talk with other pregnant women and share ideas
bringing it all together for a positive birth experience
1 hr class fees are:
£10 per single class
£24 for block of 3 or
£42 for block of 6
